- Five Road Test Units complete with Truck Mounted Cranes which have 100 ton of calibrated weights.
- Only company with Rail test unit fitted with 30 tons of calibrated weight and 30 ton of make up weight, capable of testing Rail weighbridges to 100 ton.
- Standard spares, loadcells indicator boards, cables etc all ex stock.

GUARANTEE
All mechanical components subject to fair wear and tear guaranteed for 60 months.
Powercells are guaranteed against lightning strikes and water damage for 36 months from verification date.
Indicator and related electrical components carry a 12 month guarantee.
Computer, printer, long range readers, proxy readers, QR readers, Moxa units, remote displays, booms and positioning sensors carry Supplier’s guarantee.
However, this guarantee is subject to the machines being serviced and maintained by us at our standard premium.
Trek Scale’s maintenance contract includes three (3) preventative maintenance services and one (1) calibration / verification test with our Test unit and set of calibrated weights.
Weighbridges under maintenance ensure the following is achieved:
- Identifying and addressing potential issues early which leads to preventative maintenance at critical times
- Maintain certification readiness
- Reducing the risk of unplanned downtime or operational disruption
- Supporting operational continuity at your site
- Compliance with the Trade metrology Act under SANS 1649
